I recently had my Dodge Durango Hellcat detailed at Metro Detroit Auto Detailing, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Herb did an outstanding job. The vehicle looks fantastic inside and out, and the attention to detail was obvious from the moment I picked it up. Beyond the quality of the work, Herb was incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, pricing was fair, and the service exceeded my expectations. One thing I especially appreciated was that I needed a ride home after dropping off the vehicle, and Herb was kind enough to personally give me a ride. That level of customer service is becoming harder and harder to find. The Bloomfield Hills location is very convenient for my family, which makes the experience even better. Based on this experience, I plan on bringing my wife's SUV in later this summer and will absolutely be using Herb and Metro Detroit Auto Detailing again in the future. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality work, fair pricing, and great customer service.

Even though my vehicle is 4 years old, the paint correction and ceramic coating have it looking brand new. I can't believe what a difference getting this service makes. My vehicle looks amazing! I dropped my car off, and he had it finished quickly without cutting corners — the detailing was thorough and my car looked amazing when I picked it up. I dropped my Tesla Model 3 off at Metro Detroit Auto Detailing this morning and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. They were prompt from the moment I pulled in — they had me in and out faster than I expected while still taking the time to do everything right. What really stood out was how thorough and meticulous they were. Every surface inside and out was cleaned to perfection: the glass is crystal clear, the leather looks brand new, the wheels and brake calipers are spotless, and they even hit all the little crevices and door jambs that most places skip. My car literally looks better than the day I drove it off the lot. They went well beyond my expectations and gave me more than I expected without me even asking. My car was probably the worst car he's ever seen! I work in dog recovery. I had straw all over my car, dog hair, and I had spilled liquid smoke in the back.Everything was filthy dirty! I never dreamed it would look as amazing as it does! It looks like a brand new car! I will definitely recommend Herb and his services to everyone I know
